Payments and late fees

Fees are added to your account on the 1st of each month. In the month a child joins, the fee is pro rata for the classes left in that month.

Fees are due from the 1st up to the 5th. If the 5th falls on a weekend or bank holiday, payment by the next working day counts as on time.

A £5 late fee is added to your account if payment is not made by the 5th.

The late fee is £5 per family. It is for monthly class fees only, not camps, parties or Gym Tots and Bounce Tots term fees.

If fees are still unpaid by the 15th and no payment plan has been agreed, the place may be removed. We will always try to speak to you first.

Fees are the same every month, including months with closure days. We run 50 weeks a year.

We are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Any other closure dates are announced in advance.

We ask families to pay by bank transfer to Kirklees Trampoline Gymnastics Academy Ltd. We give new families our bank details when they join, and you can ask for them any time at [email protected]. Payments made through the booking portal (iClassPro) are also accepted.

Reference: your child’s full name (or your family name for more than one child).

Bank payments are added to your account by hand, so allow a little time for them to show.

Joining fee: £25 per child when they first join a class, and again if they re-join later. Sometimes waived as part of an offer.

No joining fee for Gym Tots, Bounce Tots or pay-as-you-go sessions (which include Little Movers and open sessions).

British Gymnastics membership is required for all classes. Families sign up with British Gymnastics themselves and pay British Gymnastics directly.

Recreational and intermediate classes: £25 a year, charged on the anniversary of the date your child first joined (12 months after joining, then every year). It is charged even if you paid a joining fee in the last 12 months.

Squads (Regional Squad, Group 2, Group 1 and DMT): £60 a year, charged every January. A child who joins part-way through the year pays £5 for each month left in that year, including the month they join (for example, joining in July pays £30). From the next January they pay the full £60.

No annual affiliation fee for Gym Tots, Bounce Tots or Little Movers.

The affiliation fee is billed separately and does not appear on your monthly bill. It is due 14 days after it is added to your account, and we ask for it by bank transfer. No late fee applies to it.

Terms follow UK school terms, so the length varies. The price depends on the class and the term. No joining fee.

Non-squad classes: give at least 7 days’ notice before the 1st of the month, by email to [email protected].

Squads (Regional Squad, Group 2, Group 1 and DMT): give at least one calendar month’s notice before the 1st of the month you want to stop. For example, to stop from 1 January, tell us by 1 December.

Anyone still enrolled on the 1st is charged for that month.

If you pay by standing order, please cancel it with your bank as well.

We give at least one full calendar month’s notice of any change to fees.
