Cancellation and leaving

Please email [email protected] with your child’s full name, their class, and the date you would like them to finish.

Telling a coach at the side of the trampoline is not enough. We need it in writing so we have a record.

We will reply to confirm we have received your notice and tell you your child’s last month. If you do not hear back within 2 working days, please contact us again.

We may ask whether a different class or day would suit you better. You are free to say no.

Non-squad classes: at least 7 days’ notice before the 1st of the month.

Squads (Regional Squad, Group 2, Group 1 and DMT): at least one calendar month’s notice before the 1st of the month you want to stop. For example, to stop from 1 January, tell us by 1 December.

Notice counts from the day we receive your email.

Fees are added on the 1st of each month for every child enrolled that day.

If your notice reaches us in time (see section 2), your child’s place ends before the 1st, and you will not be charged for the next month.

If your notice reaches us later than that, the next month’s fee is still due, and your child can keep attending until the end of that month.

Example (non-squad class): to finish at the end of November and not pay for December, your notice must reach us by 24 November.

We do not charge or refund part-months as standard. Any part-month adjustment is made by hand, at Aaron’s discretion.

Any money owed is still owed after your child leaves.

If you pay by standing order, you must cancel it with your bank. We cannot do this for you.

If your child stops coming and we have not received notice, their place stays open and fees continue to be charged.

Once we receive your notice, the notice period in section 2 applies from that date.

If we notice a child has stopped attending, we may contact you to check. This does not count as notice from you.

We do not normally pause or hold places.

A place can only be held with Aaron’s agreement, for example after an injury. A held place is still charged at the normal monthly fee unless the place is dropped.

If you drop the place, we will try to find your child a space when you return, but we cannot promise the same class or time.

Tots terms are booked and paid one term at a time, so there is no monthly notice. Simply do not book the next term.

Term fees are not refunded if you stop partway through a term, except in the cases in our Refunds policy.

You are welcome back at any time, subject to space.

Any unpaid balance must be cleared first, unless we agree a payment plan.

The £25 joining fee is charged again when a child re-joins, unless we agree to waive it.
