Kirklees Trampoline Gymnastics Academy was founded in 2022 by Aaron Sheehan, a coach with more than 20 years of experience in the sport. After working with clubs and athletes across the UK and around the world with Great Britain and England, Aaron wanted to create something special in Yorkshire – an academy where everyone who loves trampolining feels at home. From the very beginning, our aim has been simple: to give every gymnast the chance to enjoy the sport, progress at their own pace and be part of a welcoming community.
Today, Kirklees is recognised as Yorkshire’s most successful trampoline and double mini-trampoline (DMT) academy, with a track record of producing Great Britain and England representatives, Junior European champions, and even World Medallist's. We have moved into our brand new premises as of 2026 and are proud to now be able to offer a wide range of classes in Trampoline, Gymnastics and Double Mini Trampoline for everyone!
At the heart of it all, though, is our belief that trampolining is for everyone. Whether you’re taking your first jumps or chasing international success, you’ll find a place here with us.
